That is wrong. Every 10lbs of non-rotational weighs equals 1hp. So if you remove 100lbs from your car, the effect on performance will be the same as adding 10bhp. Now, each 1lbs of rotational weight equals approximately 10lbs of non-rotational weight (there is some controversy about this, but it is somewhere in the 5-15lbs range). So in this case, 11 x 10 = 110lbs non-rotational weight. Then -110/10 = -11bhp. Thus, the approximate effect on power is negative 11bhp with these wheels.
