Recent Dyno Results

In preparation to have my 997TT modified with a new exhaust, ECU, plenum and pulley system, we took the car to the Dyno and got some baseline numbers. I will post the actual data as soon as they email it to me. But the the best of the three pulls was 388 hp and 420 tq at the wheel. Pretty much what I expected. We will Dyno it again once all the mods are complete.

I will post all of the numbers soon.

If you don't mind a few questions please... miles? what kind of dyno? And how much timing is a 997TT run via the stock ECU? Thanks kindly!

Great looking ride and nice color combo!

Barrister, careful with the pulleys. The GT3's have been having crank pulley bolt failures and it is unclear what causes it. Need to make sure the torque is properly set and use the heavier duty (red/green) loctite

The Dyno was a Mustang 4 wheel Dyno. It was at Harmon Motorsports in Torrance, CA. 4 Wheel Dynos are acutally very hard to find.

ECLOU, thanks for the heads up. I discussed this with the guys at bbi and they are telling me that they have not had any failures on their pulley system yet - knock on wood. They only use the best and srongest parts. I really trust them.

That's EXACTLY what my 2002 996TT pulled on a Mustang AWD Dynamometer with an EVOMS stage 2 with exhaust on PUMP gas RON92.
