Wait till it cools down some as well Try popping in a few gallons when you can to bump it up in this weather.
So this kit is tuned for 91...how much power does it makes with this octaine level ???

and what is the diff on dyno manual vs tips ??? more power for manual ???

Theoretically yes. A manual gear has less components , so less power loss...

The car is so smooth that you dont realize that you just hit 100mph in a very short period of time, very decieving. I cant wait to run the car with more 100 octane fuel and cooler weather, it should be big fun!
Hello there. I've been following the EVT700 for a while now. Especially since the 997EVT700 release. The 996 is nice, but the 997 is just perfect iMO. I would love to check out your ride since you are in N. Cali to see if the 997 + evt700 will be my next toy. I'm sure it will be, but would love to see it either way. let me know

They provide stronger torque converter to Tiptronic. I just received my kit, it should be installed next week!

If its worth doing its worth over doing!
If you are in the bay area there is are several gas stations that sell it from the pump.

Exactly! I have this EVT700/750R Kit for my Tiptronic. You can read threads about it, it was just released.... maybe this is why there is not much info.

I have my car ready this wednesday, so I will know how it is working!!

I think there is maybe 10 Tip kit already installed?

All info in their website is about manual kit, I had to do little more digging for Tip info. With this torque converter, the Tiptronic should work great with upgraded boost & Hp.

Its Thusday today..did u get it back yet...how does it feels ???

Who told you that u need Torgue converter for this kit ??? None of the tuner here even mention about torgue converter for Tips... seems like no one knew abou it...

Anyways what would it do to you car interms of performance or reliability ??? I thought that gear box from V12 Mecedes that is good for 1000Nm stock should hold 700 HP no probs...

Is it just torgue converter or TCU re-flash as well ???

Any Evos tuner here can give us some more details

Of course it has ECU flash. EVOMS has just released their EVT700/750R Kit for Tip. /50 is achieved with racefuel.

Car automatically detects racefuel and adjusts the engine for it. Because we here in Finland ( and in EU) are using high quality fuel ( like Shell Power 98+) we will reach higher hp with this setting also. 700 is with US 93 Octane.

Tiptronic will not last high torque with this new kit without converter. Tip kit is actually priced equally with manual kit.

It includes all the same but instead of stage 3 clutch thy give Torque Converter.

I have done business with Mike from EVOMS, and all has worked fine. I got my car ready yesterday, so today was first tests: car is INSANE! It is so fast & sound so nice, I couldn't believe. It has totally changed, You can hear nice whistle from tuned turbo's inside + car rev's up so fast, You really need auto hift up because otherwise You are late with it!

Only drove half a day with it, got so many nice comments about it, especially he sound!

Only test in street I made with my Racebox was from 80 km/h to 120 km/h:

Stock was 2,2 sec, now it was 1,7 sec!!!
