Fair price for 07 997 TT?
But range should be 65k to 85k.
Just to give you and idea, I just traded in my 05 997s arctic silver/black with just about every option (except ceramic brakes) 16,000 miles, 2000 dollar built in radar detector, nav system, sports chrono, sports exhaust, sport wheels, full leather interior and some other lesser priced options. The general consensus is that my dealer bought it for a little more than most dealers.
In any case, this brings me to my next point. 05, 06, 07 and 08 are virtually identical. You will get the best deal on an 05 with low miles. this is what I would do. I would get the S version.
Great cars. I miss my normally aspirated 997s. I have a turbo now. It is a great car but different feel. Not as "sporty" as my S.
good luck... you will love whatever 911 you decide on. It is a legendary car with so much to offer.
So difficult to answer without specs on the vehicle and miles.

Yes sorry i am looking for a 997 Turbo with low miles. It is tough to guage the prices since KBB does not have used prices listed yet.
I am trying to get one for around $115k with less than 3500 miles. Don't need all the options except maybe sport seats.

You certainly have a great car though and if you are willing to wait for the right guy you will probably get top dollar. I guess it really comes down to how long you are willing to wait for the right buyer and where you think the prices are headed over the next few months. Good luck with the sale.
BTW, what did the dealer offer you?
