Thanks again for all the positive comments. It means a lot because this was really a big deal for me and my son. Thanks also for not turning this in to a Lewis or McLaren bashing thread (knock on wood).

I am still pinching myself to make sure it actually happened. He was great.

I found out later that he went on a tour of LA and went up to see the Hollywood sign and meet some of his heroes. Lewis is really in to Hip Hop music and got introduced to some of the artists he likes.

In the end, he was just a young guy having fun on his first trip to the LA area. I think he had a genuinely good time. I am just happy he took a few minutes for us.

I am having a good week: first I met Lewis and Adrian, then I got my modded 997TT back. Feelin' pretty good.

my f1 meeting

wow pretty amazing to spend time with the next big f1 star.

i was and still am a pretty big f1 fan, and a few years ago managed to get invites to the red bull end of season drivers party in shanghai and was amazed at how these superstars who you read and see photos of all day and how normal they are when you speak to them.

was a few years ago but heres a few pics. needless to say it was fun drinking with all the f1 crew, had a chat with Massa, Liuzzi etc and was a night i'll never forget!!

Barrister,

Good week indeed. Kids dig that stuff and it will always be etched in their hard drives.
