I like your spirit, but still not quite as ******-filled as Vivid's comment.

I am just a little curious about this setup. What type of manifold are you going to employ to accommodate external wastegates? That GT3071r uses a T-25 inlet and a 5 bolt outlet on the turbine housing. Will your new application use a custom turbine housing with a V-bands or V-band 4 bolt. Will this be with Tial wastegates? Will the dump be off the manifold with the flappers welded shut or will the flappers be removed for an additional tube for the wastegate dump off the turbo?

I imagine it will be the latter for ease and less weight but it's your project. I am not trying to razz you or anything, I am just trying to picture it in my mind. I am using a manifold mounted tial 44 with FP Red with the flapper welded shut on my mitsu.

Congrats on the recent purchase, I am 30 myself and I plan on joining the ranks next year.

Well, I did some peeking around on the 996 setups and I think I answered my own question. I look forward to hearing more about this project.

Hey Dan, I just ran across your post... GREAT looking 997! How's the project been going so far? Do you have any Dyno numbers yet?

Project has been going great. This week we are going to do the silicone boost hoses and install our new cold air intake. We are also putting on the Vorsteiner front bumper.

This was the latest Dyno Plot I have.
