Wow your car looks fantastic with dymags and techart wing. I always wonder how the Dymags would look on the GT Silver. What do you think of the new HRE and Dymag coming out with a wheel togeather? Did ya see the picture of the Dymag at the track that failed?

 

Yes, I did see the failed wheel. I had a few conversations with Bill (formally Rennworx) a few months ago about this. I am surprised it took this long for the failed wheel story to hit 6speed. I took my wheels off and had them visually inspected and have not reinstalled them yet. After seeing that picture, I am going to talk to him about retrofitting my wheels with the new centers. I am VERY leery about reinstalling the wheels as they are now. Concerning the Dymag/HRE wheel, I don't happen to like the particular wheel in the picture, but I'm sure it will be a wonderful marriage. Two great companies making wonderful products joining forces.

 

I think they should retro fit the new centers free of charge. I wouldn't want the chance of a wheel coming apart. They were very lucky no one was killed. Bummer that you have 10k in wheels that aren't on the car.
