about 7500 miles...fairly conservative. when I ran a GT-R the other day, I had about 1/4 of a tank left, averaging about 20.5 MPG...after 3 runs, it was down to 16 MPG.

I do a lot of city driving with my car seeing all the rpms and getting about 13.5 mpg. Now I did drive it to the coast and did better. I got 19.8 with it load down and the stop and go traffic while I was there..

I have approx. 15,400 miles on my 07 tip. I'm averaging approx. 14 mpg, but she gets driven HARD each and every day. Actually, one of my myriad complaints to PNA in a recent survey was that the gas tank was to small. Make it 20% or so bigger, add a real built-in telephone (ie. like BMW/MB) and firm up the suspension (ie. to a "race" mode).

Just put 200 miles on the car today, mostly highway. Average was 24.2 MPG. Have been positively impressed with the mileage.

I have averaged about 21 mpg for the first 1000 miles, probably 50/50 city/highway driving.

Well, my original reading of 16.3 was an average for my first 3500 miles. I reset it today and was at 18 mpg just around Bellevue. I'll start monitoring now and resetting - you have made me curious!

I've heard that if you inflate your tires properly the mileage will get better. The guy sounded like an expert on the subject so I'm going to give it a try.

yes. I am filling up every 2 days - agree on the tank thing for sure - but better than my m5. but I do drive the car hard. So - I think for hard driving it seems that 14mpg is the low point and 18 seems to be an average.
