Like most of us Im quick to complain when things go wrong so figured I would give props when due.

Last night called McKenna for service appointment. They got me in 7am today. They ID'd the cause of the rattling rear side window (bolts backing out causing window to move) and fixed it, car was ready in under 3 hrs. Huy Ha was the service advisor and he was on top of everything. I only wish the sales side of that dealership was as attentive when I was ordering my Turbo (long story, ended up buying from elsewhere).

150k and I didn't even get a $20 Porsche baseball cap..
