1-the gearbox is not stock right? you passed in 4th gear at 230km/h aprox...
2- forged pistons and rods ??
i think if you had a tire with less grip will be better.... look the start... you had so much grip that when you launch the car, the TRACTION beat the REVs... you lost a half second there...

i agree. there is definitely a 1.5x 60 ft. and a 9.5x ET in the car. i think once we dial in the launch control (we had no launch control), we should see mid 9's. Remember though, i never built this car for drag racing. We just wanted to see what kind of time it would run. Tym literally drove the car to the track, drove up to the staging lanes and made several passes with no adjustments (air pressure, etc.), and then drove the car back to the shop. I know now that i have a 9 second car on the street.

He did not lose a half second, but the reason he dead hooked was because I paid to have that lane pull my shoes off....to only break my axle first pass....
