well, I'm no expert but in my experience the best way is not to just rev it and dump the clutch, but to rev it to around 5k and let the clutch out just to the point where the car starts to budge, then simultaneously floor it while releasing the clutch all the way. It's tricky to get it right, but once you do you'll see that it's a great launch and not too abusive on the drivetrain.

Maybe some more experienced drivers can chime in with a better explanation.

not because im a porsche owner i think the TT will beat it...

i saw some comparatives and the GTR lost in acceleration times

Hard to say, it would def. be very close - the GTR is surprisingly fast, if anyone has a local 997tt stock who wants to try it out lets set it up.

not quite, these cars have barely hit the pavement and they have several kits out there taking hp to over 550, give it a year and it'll be one of the easiest and most cost effective cars to mod out there

estimating around 500 at that setting, maybe 550 at high boost and 580ish on methanol injection, and 700 ish on NOS.

God, that GT-R looks even more ugly on video.
What a beauty/piece of Art the TT is compared to that vacuum cleaner on wheels.
