spg993tt is infamous around these parts
30 under sticker would be my guess, on a retail level. maybe another 8 to 10 if you trade thru a dealer at wholesale.
its a lto of miles for a 997.

When the 09 facelift C2 and C2S cars are at the height of demand it is my opinion that yoir used Turbo will look extremely attractive . The new 997/997S cars have a similar base price but the options add up fast placing it in used Turbo territory .

The problem yoir car faces is the mileage . Once it crosses 10K miles a Porsche takes its first big depreciation hit . With 22K miles you are still in fair range with resale . (the numbers posted above by forum member Jimdarcy look accurate)

A trade in won't get too much unless you are going into another high end Porsche . The markup on the new car has enough fluff where a savy salesperson won't insult you on the trade . They will certify your car and profit on both .

So much depends on what you are buying and the actual condition of your car and whether or not that dealership has an interested byer in advance. Unlike the more common 997 and 997S cars a Turbo has enough of a price gap to have resale risk . A dealership might view a Turbo buyer as one who can afford a new car rather than a cost conscious used 997/997S buyer . In short -- it translates into your loss unless you have patience, good negotiation skillsand are willing to get multiple dealership opinions.

Good luck.

thank you for the advice all

Sticker on my car was about $129K. Car was hit from behind and had to have a new bumper cover and rear tail light (but no paint damage to metal). 2 different dealers offered me $90K on a trade-in. I thought that was low, but now that I see the most recent auction prices and figuring that the car may sit on his lot for awhile, and he will have to certify it, 90K is probably not a terrible number. Will see if I can get a few K more. Anyhow, thanks again.

Sounds about in the 95K range as for the trades now are about 105 to maybe 110 if you buying another Porsche.

Retail is not too far maybe in the 110-118K. I would hate to sell my car in Cali - the market is different from here in ATL, GA.
