California license plates RING 911
Interesting.
I don't remember saying these we're for sale. I've always just given these away when I change my mind. Since, the plates have never been registered to a car, they would be completely transferable. But then again, I'm not from Sierra Madre, this must be the hub of all decision making in California.

You've never "just given these away". They are not "completely transferable". The hub of DMV decision making is Sacramento. You are full of ****.

I like your approach, concise, straight to the point.
Check my previous posts, I've given these away.
Sacramento? I didn't realize.
A short poem.
There once was a dog from Sierra Madre
Who never knew his real padre
He sat all day and scratched his itch
After all, he was a son of a b_ _ _ _.

I tried ordering personalized plates just to "reserve" them. My intention was to pay the retention fee on the plates, and just hold them. But DMV wouldn't let me pick the plates up without registering them to a vehicle. So they're on my car now and I'm paying the retention fee on my old plates instead. If I wanted to, I could now swap the plates and pay the retention fee on the new plates. But bottom line, there are more steps than I expected to "reserve" plates. Just FYI.
If someone else has had a different experience, I'd love to hear it.

Tanman...glad you like my style. Don't give up your day job (if you have one) to be a poet.
To the point...you are either a liar or a criminal - you can't just give away plates. You must return them to the DMV if you don't use them. Hence the reference to Sacramento.
The ironic thing is that you're on the internet boasting about doing things that are illegal. The DMV will have no problem finding you, if, indeed, you have this plate.
