HRE P40 Brushed
SubscribeJust wanted to share my HRE Brushed wheels; thanks to others that shared the information on wheels. It was a tough decision, but this is a classic and really looks great on GT Silver, very mechanical, race ready look, but light looking (and it is vs OEM). Also showed how aggressive the offsets are on the rear +15mm and front +5mm.
I worked with Alan at Wheel Enhancement (Highly recommended) in Culver City, CA. Drove down from the bay area and hit my 2K mile break in at the same time.
BTW I've included some other wheel Pics on my Pruis (Daily Driver and SC M3).
Next week are PSS10, Cargraphic exhaust...........enjoy!

Wow you car looks great. I have the same color car and have been thinking about doing the brushed finish. How do the stock center caps look with the brushed finish. I hard to tell from the photos how the center caps look. I think you made a great choice.
I love the brushed wheel . The texture has this hand made appearance that after a year on my car I still look at it and smile . The P40's on the Gt silver is stunning . Great choice all around .
looks great. love the monoblocks. i have them in brushed as well
The center cap is a pretty good match; it does not have the brushed finish, but in the center of the wheel it starts to loose it brushed look leading to the polished OEM center cap, IMO looks great. There's really no other choice unless you go custom. I also have the Silver crest badge on my hood and the OEM crest on the caps match prefectly............
Prius is my DD and had to lower it (wTRD) and put on some +1 17 inch forged wheels by Pacer Sport (17 lbs). I could not drive it the way it orginally looked.

Hi there,
Congrats. You wheels look so beautiful.

BTW, for anyone interested in this finish and wants matching center cap: Yes the center cap could be custom made to match the brushed aluminum finish, http://www.boothedesign.com/ . In fact a member of this forum has it done (user name: dkreidel) and I've seen it in person; it's beautiful. And (just a tad) expensive.
