Please Help Identify These Wheels

Gentlemen,

I am in the process of trading in my 996 GT3 for a 997 Turbo at a local dealership.

Can you please help me identify the maker of these wheels on the white 997 turbo? They are a 3-piece wheel with the bolts/fasteners located on the inside as well as the valve stem.

The dealership is asking if I would like the stock Turbo wheels or the ones on the white turbo. The 997 turbo I am trading in to is this one:

Also, I would like you opinion on the wheels.

Thanks in advance!
Ryan

Ryan,

They look to me like the HRE 844R.

thank you!

Should I get the blue 997 with these wheels? Or should I stick with the OEM turbos.

Are they both 19's? The top ones look smaller.

I like the factory wheels better. If in fact they are HRE's maybe you can sell them and get a set you realy like.

If there is no difference in price I would go with the other rims even if you dont like them.

Find out what brand they are, if they are someone reputable, Im sure you can get more for them then you would for the stock wheels, then you can just use that to offset a purchase of wheels you really like.

Also a few wheel forum sponsors were offering cash back on trade-in of your stock wheels, you can get in touch with them to see if they can offer a large trade-in cash back on these wheels possibly and then go that route.

Personally I'm not a fan of the stock wheels on the turbo, but I'm also not a fan of chrome.

I believe the wheels are HRE based on response and more internet research.

Just on value alone, I might just go with them.

Thanks for the help everyone.
