100+ AKI Octane ?
Does anyone know how 100+ octane (r+m)/2 fuel is fomulated? In CA, premium is only 91 where in other parts of the country it is higher. What's the chemical or composition of the 100+ octane fuel that provides the higher octane rating? And why is CA premium lower than some other states?

wow, this is a mouthful, will try to help as much as I can, lolz... I guess certain states regulate the octane rating.
