Help with intake

I can not decide on which intake to purchase. I want something that sounds good and gives a little power but dont want to spend werks one kind of money. My buddy has the fabspeed and is not happy with it so i also want to stay away from that. Any ideas....

I just fitted one as well in my EVT700 car, sounds really great but I feels the turbo lag became larger after couple of days drive, and the engine rev goes up-down-up-down between 1000rpm-600rpm for about 8 secs during cold start in the morning. These not happend when I have stock airbox with BMC filter. Is this normal?

The pulse during start up for a couple of secs becomes noticable because the sound is increased over stock.
