Some new extra mods for a show

Got central console painted to match exterior color, looks good but should I paint the aluminum look steering wheel and other aluminum look parts as well?

Also had the exhaust tips done. Those not tips from exhaust dealers.I bought twin 3.5" universal tips and custom welded to my evoms exhaust. That way make them stay at perfact angle. As I found some twin tips from exhaust dealer sitting out too long and not looks right.

Nice, do you have docs of the removal of the central console?

/QUOTE]

This is what I would do - I would leave the steering wheel as is.

Now you can get the aluminum shifter and lever . Here's a pic of mine .
I am doing my center console in silver but your exterior color looks fantastic and you could leave it or even that little center piece (yours is black) within the console can paint silver (not needed though) .The shifter .brake . steering wheel . It would blend it all.
rennline pedals possibility too .

Car looks great !!!

It would be interesting to see what the wheel would look with it painted orange. Not sure I would like it.. I had a lapis blue C2S with painted console and alum wheel and always thought what it would look like..
Good idea on the tips. I have fabspeed tips and they move around so easy. I thinking that is my only solution..

I like what you have done, I would paint the aluma look stuff too, except the steering wheel, orange on the wheel would look to crazy. There is a small plastic section directly in front of the shifter that you can paint which would tie it all together.

The interior needs some more orange. Just the center console makes it stick out like a sore thumb. Maybe the trim strip that goes from doors through the dashboard. Some more aluminum also as the steering wheel again looks out of place. An aluminum shifter, ebrake handle and a nice pedal set would set it off and tie it together much better. Also, paint the lower valance all the way around, front, rockers and rear.

Looks good. I think I would leave the steering wheels alumilook - orange might be too distracting. You might consider:
  • paint the PCM orange
  • paint decorative trim on gear selector alumilook
  • aluminum shifter/handbrake
