You got the regular loud exhuast, then you got the quiet, which isnt really quiet but as I understand it less drone in 6th gear. Then you have the bypass pipes which you can put on to any exhaust because they are modular. Bypass pipes are loud as crazy and not street legal and will get you immediately pulled over by cops just about anywhere if you drove them on the street.

If anyone is interested a customer of mine has a brand new Fabspeed 997TT system he's selling (swapped cars before installing it). He only wants 2K on it. I've posted videos before on youtube of both systems but running with no mufflers on the street is really, really loud and you get a lot of resonance. I'd go with a muffler set up

 

That's an excellent deal, particularly for a new system. I recently installed an FS exhaust on my car and am completely satisfied. It uses high quality HJS cats and is a solid product. One can pay several grand extra for a European exahaust but for what? You're not going to see any significant differences in power gains between a more expensive system. Thus, it comes down to sound but that's really subjective. I really like the way the FS system sounds and quite frankly cannot notice a distuiguishable difference between a Tubi from inside the cabin. It was more incumbent for me to save the extra cash and putting it towards another mod.
