Will modified VTG with bigger compressor wheel add more lag? I saw in many tuners power graph that their 700HP mod with upgraded VTG has lower torque at RPM less than 3200. Is there any tuner that can achieve 700HP with VTG mod while still has the same low end torque as their 600HP mod (standard VTG)

 

I have less lag . I don't know the technical reasons why . Maybe it's the software or perhaps what adds the lag would be one of the larger garrett (sp?) Turbos . In fact I feel the mofified Turbo not only has less lag but also accelerates in a smoother and more linear manner .
