Any suggestions and pics of racing pedals for a 997 TT manual transmission.

I have Rennline .Love them . They even grip well in the rain.

I have Rennline also with the back plate including passenger side backplate which really evens out the look while your in the car,carefull with the install though there's a previous thread about the instructions being incorrect for the gas pedal ,making it not go down all the way.
