wow i used to think the tubi system sounded just right for the 997tt, but this one has it hands down.

Thanks everyone for the responses...people outside our "world" just don't get it the way we do...and I always really appreciate it when other enthusiasts are impressed...

The video doesn't do this exhaust justice...plus for some reason once it went on youtube the sound is about a second ahead of the video.

I'm going to do another video with a real video camera on a tri pod (this was my digital camera's video mode).

So this morning I was hitting the car with some detail spray to satisfy my growing auto-related OCD...I decided to crawl under the car to look again at the exhaust. It's truly stunning. It makes the rest of the parts under there look a bit run of the mill !

So...of course while under there I started looking at the headers and saying to myself "hmmmm...I wonder what some FVD headers would look like and do for the car"?? Rhonda...are you out there??

Some one stop me before this car has $250K invested in it!

Good thing there's not rehab's around for people like us... I have a feeling that my friends and family would have done an intervention a long time ago. Most likely I would have ended up on a Vespa....

There's no question, an ECU upgrade with exhaust on the TT completely transforms the car to a new beast!!

Do it, you won't regret it.

 

Well I like the exhaust so much I went ahead and ordered the FVD headers...they are going on right now!
