Slowcart a Troll is forum language for s user that goes around and only talks bad about others on a certain topic. By our previous encounters and what all your past post reference, that is a fact. I will push for you to be uncovered and banned, unless you would like to share your identity. I conduct myself how I choose and it pays off fine. No, I am not the owner of S Car Go, nor do I have any interest in them or any other tuner/engine builder. I have used them as I have used Protomotive, EVOMS, Performance Developments and The Racers Group.

I believe you are reading something into my picture that isn't there? I made sure their name was not showing. I am extremely sensitive to being tied into any particular tuner as I use the services of many. I highly doubt that most people know what R-Go is. It is hard to even tell it is a R. I was showing the work I authorized and paid to have done years ago. It is you who choose to disclose a name. Furthermore, I hardly call it an endorsement as I specifically stated in my post that since then, others have come out with better flowing "cast" splitters.

Dan, I do have to take you to task regarding slowcart on his post. He has already been publiclly admonished for the last few words in his post. They were not called for and he was warned.

The same goes for your above paragraph. It is not called for either. By your words you are threatening another member. You have no special powers as a sponsor to demand their identity be revealed or have them banned. This is why we have rules and moderators. Consider this your warning.

He had a valid point regarding your claims. It was his right to bring it up. It is not his right to throw in insulting language. It is obvious his last sentence was out of line and soured an otherwise informative opinion. He was called to the table about it.

If I am aware of anyone, including any sponsor communicate like this in a post I will not hesitate to bring it to their attention. This isn't a guarantee that I read all posts. If they fail to cooperate, then some type of ban will be in order. Of course I am only a moderator and if anyone disagrees, you have every right and I encourage anyone to take it up with a higher authority.

I look forward to everyone's cooperation in making 6speed a friendlier place where open, honest and respectful discussions can take place.

In closing, when claims are made by a sponsor, it is more important the claim be as accurate as possible. On the same note mistakes can always be made and members are encouraged to make corrections with backup. There is nothing wrong with making a mistake or a correction when the discussion is carried on in a respectful manner. RESPECTFUL MANNER is what is important. When it is not respectful, it is not hard to ruin a post as Dan pointed out. Frankly, I have a lot of respect for anyone who makes an effort to improve the Porsche Turbo. Mistakes come with the territory. Without mistakes nothing would ever progress.

I am the one who deleted your post and requested your understanding while calmer minds prevail. I asked for your understanding and I assume you choose to ignore my request.

I really find it difficult to understand how my delete and simple request affected your decision regarding vivid. After all, by your own words you found out what you were looking for and made up your mind? I am happy for you. What are you really attempting to do now?

I believe it is best if the thread gets back on the subject.

 

First I want to say, this has gotten way out of control. I think Dan's "fuzzy math" was an honest mistake. Not one that would affect anything however. Now that being said, even if it had affected anything. I want to say thank you and APPLAUD Dan and all of Vivid for being so informative and active on this forum. He's helped NUMEROUS people on this forum with his input. From helping to diagnose something minor to building up entire engines for people. Helping people also helps promote his business, even if it's not from the actual people he helped, rather the bystanders such as myself or others on the site, even people who don't post (lurkers). I've not once bought a single item from Dan, however I would love to support him for all that he's contributed to this forum. There's plenty of others who have bought and used his services and have been VERY happy with the outcome, a simple search of his posts will show his dedication to making this a better forum. Thank you Dan, and I hope you didn't take offense to my joking about "missing math that day" Ok, back to your regular scheduled posting....Let us know how the Plenum works out!

 

Interested to see how well this product performs with and without upgraded turbos.
