If the car is 90% of what you'd order, jump on it. I just did. Although this was new, not used, the logic still stands. On a used one, you might have to sacrifice a few options you'd love to have, but otherwise if it's close, do it!
I'd have ordered adaptives originally, but when I found the car I had driven a turbo with both, and I found both seats fit me just fine. I liked the ventilated option too (warmer climate than Canada), but did not have a second thought about not having adaptives.
