Tubi install on 997 Turbo by G Rides with Pictures and Video

Hello this Gary from G Rides and we now sponsor 6Speed. I just wanted to show one of our projects, this Tubi Exhaust with Evolution Motorsports Tips. The Tubi system saves 10 lbs, stock is 44 lbs, Tubi is 34 lbs. The videos were taken with my point and shoot camera so not the best quality but this Tubi does sound really good in person, not a ton louder, it's subtle with a nice bark and you can hear the turbos spool a bit more now. This customer didn't want real loud so he seems very happy with this.

Any questions pleas ask....

looks good. thanks for sharing. Looks like the passenger-side tips are not aligned properly.

How difficult was it to put the EVOMS tips on the tubi exhaust? Any additional adjustments or modifications required fot the tips install?

Glad to see you join the fun here, Gary. Looks very similar to what we did on my Turbo Cab upon arrival not long ago....

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Looking good Eric and thanks again for the help on that Dension Install, I'll have to post that too.

Sharkster you guys are great! Thanks for the EVOMSit and Evo Tips on this car and the fast turnaround. This Porsche runs pretty strong now and I think the owner will chime in later with his impressions.

hjacobs2000 these tips required shims (Which come with the tips) to get them to fit. They take some time and adjustment to install but look good when on.
We'll see about getting that passenger tip adjusted better, I believe we adjusted it more after that picture was taken but we'll take another look since it's in the shop now for another project.

The Tubi exhaust and tips made a huge improvement in the car. The sound is great. The Evomsit tuning was amazing. Thanks to Gary at G Rides and Alex at Sharkwerks for the incredible improvement in performance. The car came alive!

Nice work Gary. It must have been the video because I couldn't really hear any difference in the stock and Tubi upgrade!! Maybe I was expecting a real change!!
