2010 997.2TT Lowered

Thought I would share a few pics of a 2010 997.2TT Lowered. The cars just do not look as good as they should until they are lowered. Looks much better than stock! Lowering springs for 07-09 997tt work on 2010. Aftermarket front sway bars for 07-09 tt work but the Aftermarket rear sway bar does not. The new rear subframe brace is different for the new motor and Gen 1 sway bars do not clear the subframe brace.

Champion Motorsports H&R spring set. H&R 26mm front sway bar. Still have to figure out what to do on the back.

It is! I forgot to mention that the Gas tank is bone dry! We are getting hit with snow so I could not fill the tank half way then do alignment. Good eyes. I ment to mention it in the original post.

Looks good, be careful with that front spoiler !
Also, I would rethink changing the front bar only, a stiffer front bar will make the understeer worse.

After lowering spring, it need some spacers at all corner. That will look perfect with aerokit.

Installed Champion RS98 wheels. Car still does not have any gas in fuel tank so the front end is still a little higher than it should be. This NE winter snow storm has prevented me from taking the car to a gas station to fill up tank.

Thinking of doing something similar, but scraping the crap out of the lower front lip is not a pleasant feeling. Not avoidable now. But if I lower, I KNOW it will be a mess. I have a spare lip, but figure if I did the springs, I'd have to add the lift kit too - insane.
