New Evolution of Turbo comes 2013(?)

I got a message from a German Porsche contact of mine that new evolutions of 911 is out towards the end of 2012 (I guess 2013 model) and that would mean new turbo would be available mid or late 2013. I have been getting the impression that new 911 would be out as 2012 model in 2011 and turbo would follow usually max 6 months after. Is the above sales just sales talk or does above actually makes sense... beats me

Typical Porsche model introduction marketing program.

Seems about right. They typically have a "s" version of the turbo the last run of that body style for the turbo. We should see 997Turbo S this spring as a 2011 model.
