Yeah bro, it's my old man's whip. He was debating between the SL63 and this but theres really no comparison . He had an 07 997TT Coupe but didn't last too long in it. He always wanted the 'Vert and at the time, it wasn't out. He also had an SL55 but that was oozing with electrical problems. The 997.2TT is just so damn sexy and does sooo many things well that its very hard to pass up. I always liked stick but PDK for a daily driven car is no joke.

Believe it or not, Arvy still has the damn E55 and can't make his mind up. He's been talking about sticking with AMG, maybe a CLS, but who knows.

Hope the warm dry weather and blacked out twin turbo Porsche have been treating you well bro! NY weather was horrible, though looks like Spring is finally approaching.

412-741-6400 Ask for Brad. Low key guy. Porsche sales mgr.

THANKS! Brad was a great guy to deal with. Deal went through very smooth and got a nice discount. Will be recieving car tomorrow.

Thank you all for the great help. I'm glad I used this board, otherwise my pops would have been stuck Porsche-less.

I'm looking foward to the 997.2TT. I can not wait to really see how fast it is with the PDK and the new 3.8l motor.

Great forum with even greater members.

congrats on your 2010tt black cab. I don't want to be a party pooper but have you noticed on the 4th pic, the front lip spoiler appears to be scuffed against the sidewalk. Hm... Maybe you ought to check your fornt spoiler lip when you get your car. This is assuming you bought this car http://sewickley.porschedealer.com/2...30904/info.php

Thanks for the headsup man. Hopefully that was just the angle but I will definitely check for imperfections and make sure they do something for me if that is the case.

Fear not good sir. I test drove your car a few weeks ago and everything at that time was in tip-top shape.

Don't worry, I treated the car with great respect. You're getting a very fine machine! PDK is absolutely the way to go for a TT -- I never thought I'd actually say that.

Enjoy!

Hah! That's great to hear man. Thanks a lot! I am a 6-speed stick shift man myself but it is very hard to pass up the PDK performance and luxury. I look at the Nissan GT-R and see what a dual clutch does for it. This was the missing link for the 911 Turbo. And thank you for treating it kindly lol.
