We have similar rear spoiler from our catalog. Compare with ROTtec carbon fiber spoiler with OEM factory aero spoiler. Ours still go up and down instead of fix factory aero spoiler. It cost less than 1/3 of the price at $1K range, Ours is carbon fiber for look or weight saving but can also be painted to match body colors. We have this available instock, PM me if interest!

The wing is just a swap of your factory Turbo Blade. You retain the factory active aero lift function. It installs in 5 minutes! It is also available in carbon fiber.

Very nice pics here. I wish someone would make a whale tail spoiler like on the 993's for the newer turbos that was a wide and fixed design. That is the HOTTEST rear spoiler ever IMO.

We have a bunch of photos on our site for the 997 turbo aerokits. Check them out here, if anything you may get some ideas.

WORD OF CAUTION!
I would suggest you pay a lot of attention to manufacturers standards specifically which have been wind tunnel tested. Replacing an aero wing should not be a 100% cosmetic decision. There have been a number of occurrences I know of where rear wing spoilers had to be changed out back to OEM again, after the car became unstable at high way speeds.

I'm with you there. The 993 TT Whale Tail is my favorite of all time, and something tells me a similar design for the 997 would work real well, especially given the wide hips and curve of the WB 997s.
The rear stock spoilers on the 996 and 997 are more effective than the sexy melted 993 tail. I have a chart somewhere that shows the relative drag and lift on the front and rear axles for the 930,964,993,996 turbos. The spoilers just keep getting better.
The OEM aerokit is more than just a wing, it consists of a new wiring harness and matching front lip, it runs around 5k when it's on sale. If anybody has it for 3k, I'll take two!
Be careful with these aftermarket wings, many are aerodynamically unbalanced and can be dangerous on the track.
