Ur car w/APR tune and exhaust on pumpgas ran quicker than many U.S tuner modded vtg's on racegas.
Most of modded vtg's ran mid 10's@ mid 130's
According to USP motorsport ( U.S tuner ) his 997tt made 569WHP APR Flash 11.13@127 and he was on racegas!!!!!!

Regarding Salias...My point is that he still can offer a tune for stock 997tt which make it quicker than low-mid 600whp modded vtg's
There is almost 80-90awhp between APR tune vs modded vtg's and u recently claimed that madsex car ran 200-295 in 13's on pumpgas
Do u know that 997tt low 700awhp w/GT3071R's on HIGH BOOST ran 200-300 in 11's
What is ur 200-300 will be if u ran racegas???
I plan to get back to you in the next days regarding racegas...
On the other hand,facts are facts and i am not responsible that other tuners can not create a faster car with even modded VTGs...I am extremely happy with APR tune and same is Kostas...It would be better for other tuners to try and beat APR tune...

So if chris/USP add 100cell exhaust will shave 0.5-0.6sec and gain 8-9 mile in 1/4 mile???
Chris/USP 997tt shpuld be quicker than urs + madsex since he is using racegas and he is still slower than 6speed modded vtg's below

i felt a small Difference but not much like you .. all what i saw in the dash steady 15 psi wot .. i raced my friend vette c6 (tune+headers) he was in front of me by 3 cars !!! i was not happy with apr so i switched to softronic and ran the same exhaust .. i felt big Difference and i wanted to besure from that so i raced my friend with his vette again i pulled him from the start by 2 cars and pulling away from him ... he said to me what did you do to your car .. its monster now wooooow !!!
this is my experience with apr ...
am not trying to underestimate APR .. they are great forsure ..

I completely understand your amazement and disbelief as I was in your shoes exactly 1 year ago when Skandalis car appeaerd in the streetracing scene here (with his previous owner) with just a tune and nothing else and noone could believe the results - he had beaten many modded VTG cars... I spent (as I have said many many times) more than 6 months trying to replicate the results but with no luck... I knew it was blistering fast in 100-200 BUT I did not know it would produce such 200-300 times!!!

But it did - pls ask Scott if you do not believe me as I have sent the entire file to him! I think it was 200-295 in 13.4sec to be exact ... Now maybe this is 14 or even 15sec for 200-300 exactly and this a looooong way from 11 you are mentioning for GT30's!
But then again I am wayyy ahead (according to Vbox) from GT2rs 's 19sec!

P.S. Salias (Dynodrome) tune is great and produced 100-200km/h in 6.3-6.5sec all day long (measured in Winter time though) as did other good tunes I tried for that matter, HOWEVER NONE of them could even come close to what I see now for 200-300!

I think you did not allow the tune to adapt or something as what you say is far from the truth I am afraid... perhaps you were fooled by the dash reading which IS NOT TURE - BOOST IS AT 1.4BAR LEVELS IN RACE SETTING, and you did not allow yourself the opportunity to discover the benefits of a simply great tune! Me and Skandalis never switch out of the race mode and we use premium pump gas all the time! The moderate(pump) setting which still produces great results (6.5 100-200 and in par with the other tunes) is way behind the race setting from my experience...
In any case now you have a much much quicker car, so you should be quite happy!!!


P.S. I have tried custom tunes from the TOP tuners and we could not replicate the results I got with this, so I know what I am talking about! The only downside (apart from crazy expensive) is that you do not have the option for further modding... But it is ok for me!

That's mean if u have ur rev limiter to 7000RPM u will %100 BEAT quickest modded vtg's and u still on pumpgas
With racegas u should ran high 4's from 100-200 = high 5's from 60-130 if it 1 shift and racegas
On our slow modded vtg's we saw 0.4-0.5sec going from pumpgas to racegas
So u will be as quick as below cars which has modded stock turbos or GT turbos

5.85 - MBailey / RWD / 0-shifts (stock internals)
5.91 - bmoores / AWD / 1-shift (stock internals)
5.93 - OhioGT2 / GT2 / 1-shift (stock internals)

.We all know that ur tune is good but u claimed that ur car ( with 2 shift ) ran as quick as other cars ( with 1 shift ) made muchmore power than urs
I wish Chris/USP or any members with APR tune/exhaust could chime in and let us know what is thier 100-200/60-130

My best runs are 5.5-5.9 100-200km/h without racegas BUT ALWAYS WITH 1 SHIFT. I start in 3rd gear around 60km/h and reach 202km/h with 1 quick shift into 4th! So this is 1 shift from 100-200km/h - I have seen 6sec from standstill and 2 shifts (2nd to 3rd as well)!
So as you can see the 2 shifts I am telling here are not needed for achieving my best 100-200 time BUT only to reach 130mph, by changing into 5th!!!!!
All the times you see (apart from mine) in the 60-130mph list mention 1 or 2 shifts BUT not including 5th gear shift and only separating 2 caregories :
a. the ones who start their run in 2nd gear
b. the ones who start their run in 3rd gear
Everyone has a raised limiter this allowing them to reach 130mph in 4th! If they did not like in my case (and only for 997 - 996 has longer 4th or something) we would be talking about at least 2 shifts or 3 if they started in 2nd gear the run!!
Hope this clarifies it enough for you

Now on the racegas issue I have yet to see the results for myself, and I do believe that 0.2-0.3sec 100-200km/h may be shaved off along with some colder temps but under no circuimstances better than this!
