Much thanks guys! Too bad they don't have a multi-function version.

My aluminum steering wheel is getting a little tired and I'm debating if I should upgrade it or chip the car..

If you want a purse, get the Tiptronic. If you want a sports car, either the PDK or 6 speed are the way to go. Actually, I've driven in Taipai and New York City but still find a 6 speed easier than an automatic.

In what way does the PDK redeem itself in your eyes? Granted it is wicked fast, but for all intents and purposes and true purist such as yourself should find it a dispicable creation.

So, should I aim for a nice 997.1 turbo stick?
This is and always be a very personal and touchy subject.....and no, you should aim for what your heart and your gut says. If that means stick then great, and if that means tip, thats good too, same with PDK. These are all good choices so it doesnt matter. Its a P car thats the main thing here .
