need some feedback on Champion lower springs

Hello Guys,
I am seriously considering Champion springs or GMG springs. I have done my research on GMG springs and looks like they are the best as far as the performance goes and not lowering the car very much. However, I really like the stance that champion springs give to our car and I have been getting some mixed opinions on them. Some say they are good and some say they will blow your struts out. What's your experiences with H&R? Are they the same as H&R springs as they are made by H&R ?
How do they compare to GMG springs for street driving and maybe some light track duty?
Thanks alot for the help!

Abby,
If it helps makes your decision any easier, our springs are H&R. They're even marked "Champion Motorsport by H&R" on each spring. We've installed literally hundreds of sets on various 997's over the past few years, and have yet to see anyone have issues with struts due to the springs.

Even prior to working here at Champion, my previous shop used these springs exclusively with the same great results.

Thumbs up

i picked up a set of the Champion springs a few months ago. in normal mode with the springs, it's about half way btw stock normal mode and stock sport mode(which is exactly where i wanted it) not bouncy at all and feels very nice. sport mode with the springs is pretty rigid, still not bouncy though. there's a time and a place for sport mode now, but i ride in "normal" most of the time.
before the install, normal was too floaty and sport was a bit stiff, now i have that "juuuuust right" setting.
the stance is great, drops the car about 1-1.2 inches. this really gives the car that aggressive look without appearing "slammed"
i bought my Champion springs from Tom@champion, he sold/installed a bunch of these on 997 turbos so he was able to answer all my questions.
give him a shout.

Awsome! Thanks alot for the review! I called around for installation prices, and i was in shock. All the local shops quoted me 7-9 hours for installation and 2 hours for alignment. I am now unsure if i should do them since labour cost so much.
