No affiliations with the seller. Just openly want input as I have been negotiating price with Parin? Not loving the wheels but looks to be price OK with a nice set of starting mods. Parin says it only has springs and he cannot verify if the ICs are stock. I have seen some of the stories about Chicago Motor Cars but have also talked to people who have had great success with them. Any input? Really want a PDK but the price diff and unproven motor just isn't worth it to me

I am a HUGE fan of GT Silver - but like you am not a huge fan of the wheels. I think the black wheels kill the look of the car - but that is just personal preference and can obviously be changed quickly and easily.
If you were going to mod he car anyway then you certainly save some dollars here. I wouldn't be afraid to feel them out on the low end at first. The fact that it is mod'd will likely scarre away many potential buyers. Can you find out how many miles it has on the mod'd motor? Make sure to get a thourough inspection and check the DME for excessive over revs.
Certainly a nicely optioned car! Good luck.

I like the wheels. +2 on the DME history, especially given the flash. Also, if the clutch is stock, it may be on its last leg. I would still recommend a CPOd example, but again I am paranoid. As an aside, I freaking love the PCCBs for the simple fact of no break dust, and kick *** big yellow calipers.
