Yea, stick to your 89.5 offer. If they see you're not budging, they will either stop messing with you, or try to get you to budge a bit more. If they say "93.5", stick to your guns, and say 'no, 89.5. That is the best I will go" You'd be surprised how many times my non-budging low offer was finally accepted.

You're right about Valley Imports. Have already had a discussion with Jerry.
I've purchased all but two of my cars from him over the years and have never been disappointed. He definitely stands behind what he sells. Great service.

But I just happened to be in the Cities last week and liked the car and the options at Maplewood so threw an offer out. Thought it couldn't hurt to see where I was price wise. If I got it, fine...if not, that was fine, too. Purchased a Boxster S back in 2000 from them.
