My tubi street sounds great, I highly recommend it.

However.... My TT inline 6 on my BMW sounds awesome, two turbos and all. Quiet under 2500RPM, and banshee wail above. I wish they could have spent some time getting the exhaust sound tuning right.

You know its really interesting to me that even the Subaru flat six sounds pretty good when turbocharged, and IMO sounds as good are better with exhaust than most 911's excluding the GT3. The GT3 sounds good but IMHO it pales in comparison to even an E60 M5 with the right exhaust. ( Eisenmann)

Wow i can't believe the negatives on the turbo sound. the 3.6L metzger sounds like an indy car...i think the whole stock sound is quite amazing especially when using the rev range between shifts.

It's always going to sound "muffled" since it is muffled by the turbos.

Did you get the mechanical valve that can switch from sport to more racey? and to did you get the round rolled lip-exhaust tips, that is not using the factory tear drop tips? Any chance for photo?

My turbo has 30K miles and still sounds crackly weak. Just tough to install the speedart exhaust or one of the others because of warranty issues. I like the "authentic Porsche" but the turbo exhaust is weak sounding at best!

It must be subjective as hell, my stock-exhaust turbo sounds nothing even close to an indy car.

Hey John
I did not get the valve -- had it on my C2 PSE, the turbo with SA exhaust just sounds good all the time IMHO. GMP sold it to me and put it on. Great guys!! Put on the SpeedArt tips as well. Bad pic but I think you can see the tips. Thanks
