We have been dealing with Autodynamica for years and stand behind them 100%. (not to sure on this whole "free beer" thing but everything else is spot on!)

 

With or with out Beer you will be happy with the quality and performance.

I would just stop by in person before you go off the deep end. However, I did use one tuner in the past who blew me off once for a tech inspection before a DE, I never went back.

One thing that i want to be sure to point out is that i did not identify the tuner. That is because my question was asking about what is normal for response time and normal time to return phone calls, and not meant to specifically point the finger at the tuner. I see that some posts name certain places, but that info didnt come from me.

My assumption is that the unnamed tuner is busy because they do great work. If waiting a reasonable amount longer results in great results, then i am prepared to do that, as are most of us. As of now, I am sticking with them.

After the work is done, I will feel fully justified in naming the tuner and providing an honest review of the total experience and results!
