PPI and CPO

Looking at a low mileage 2007 997 TT just coming off lease. Dealer is going to CPO - should I get PPI too? Thanks.

For peace of mind you may, but I believe they do this as part of the CPO process. From what the dealers' state the CPO process is very comprehensive and not all vehicles automatically fit the CPO standard. Of course, you are paying for the CPO in the price of the vehicle so I would find out if it has been done before offering to pay an additional fee. They should show you the report if it's been done. I know they'll let you see the CPO checklist performed. In some cases there is some conditioning performed to bring the car to CPO standard. Again, this is typically billed into the price of the vehicle.

Good Luck and enjoy the new ride...
