I think its great because i always loved the seating position of the panamera where the gear lever is just next to you the same as the carrera gt which is amazing i guess, other than that i dont think there isnt a large difference as the transition from 996 to 997.

Looks great in the Panamera, and that's exactly where it should remain
It's like someone shoehorned a huge cell phone in between the 2 seats

I like the larger nav. Otherwise, I don't feel the love...

Definitely has an Audi vibe but I'm sure it will be fine.

Sorry to inform you but Audi interiors have always been and are first class rated.
There are more plastic bits in a Porsche (or any other brand) than an Audi.

And this is coming from me an absolute Porsche fan boy nut bag...

Can't say I'm feeling that very high hump over the instrument binnacle. I'm sure it will be fine when it's released tho. It's still a little early for official pics so I'll reserve final judgement for when they appear. Either way I can see myself being in for a new turbo when it finally hits as I'm sure many other will be

it seems they are dropping the option of "rear section of center console in exterior color". that is one of the best option in the 997 interior.

looks like all the porsche models are going this route as far as center console placement. not sure if i like it..... might feel a bit claustrophobic in a smaller car unlike the panamera or cayenne
