There's some carpeting on the dash and a sticker over the tach, but overall, this is the clearest interior shot on a 2012 Porsche 911 you can really hope for.
Porsche is taking the 'bring the buttons all the way to the driver's butt' approach they used with the Panamera to the slightly more cramped 911. Also stolen from the Panamera is the company's new, larger, higher res Nav screen. This particular 911 is fitted with Porsche's PDK auto-clutch manual, and has proper down-on-the-left up-on-the-right paddles instead of the silly thumb push buttons. Paddles were a $490 option on the 2010 911 Turbo on top of the $4,550 that PDK already sets you back over a traditional manual.
2010 Porsche 911 Turbo interior after the jump for comparison.

Looks fine to me. I more concerned about the exterior pics that I’ve seen. Seems rather bulbous.<O</O

Interior
What was funny was that most people criticized Porsche for the placement of the NAV screen, saying it was too low. I find that I rarely ever use NAV in the Pcar, if i get lost, its a bonus to drive around longer

Yeah... huh. Looks more like it belongs in an SUV. I'll wait for the final pics, but wow, not impressed so far.

I really hope this isn't going to be the final product, reminds me of the cheap feel of the audi interior

Looks much better to me...

I am sure that the buttons that control the go faster functions will be closer to your hand. How can that be a bad thing?
