I am looking at a RS 60 Spyder boxster for a friend. Anyone know this car personally?
For you guys that have dealt with Jack Daniels porsche, some feedback/review will be great!
If you guys can refer me a saleman, that will be even better. Shop for PPI in the area?

I saw that RS 60 on their floor, it's like new. I never bought a car from them but I heard positive things from others that have purchased Audi and Porsche from JD

 

They make a great bourbon so I would expect the car to be just as good.

 

I really like their service department. I haven't had any dealings with the sales.

One of my friends has bought 8 porsches' from them, he seems happy and keeps going back.

JD is whiskey, to be sure... but it ain't bourbon.

 

If you have an option (if they aren't the only ones with the car) you might try Town Porsche (Town Motors family) in Englewood, NJ. My parents have bought their last 2 Cayennes there after buying a 996TT from Jack Daniels. I think Town is more accommodating.

 

Thanks guys! They have sold the RS60 on the lot and I was a little late. Now I have to go hunt another 1 with GT Silver paint and Red interior.

 

I tried them 2 years ago before I got my Turbo for a Carrera cab and I wasnt impressed at all plus they were higher on pricing.

 

be careful, do not trust the sales person Bobby who I had, there was a slight black mark I saw and when I tried to clean it off there was a deeper scratch....it must have happened before delivery of my new porsche...I was told later that Bobby was aware but just had someone cover the scratch....ARE YOU KIDDING ME...I will never go back there again....he offered a better price but when you're spending 90-100k for your dream car I'd pay a few hundred or even a couple thousand dollars more for someone I could trust...
