Excessive heat in the exhaust can also be caused by the tune. Have you data logged the A/F ratios at WOT across the entire RPM range ? From your pics, all but one the material is cracked, only the square flange one shows a weld cracked / burned through.
Might be worth checking if you already haven't.

I am no expert, but it sure seems like Vivid Racing are selling junk.

time to cut your loss, i would ask for my money back do to the hassle or i would ask for credit. i wouldnt waste my time on the same make of headers, find another header manufacturer and be done with it

^i wouldnt be to harsh with dan/vivid because they havent responed yet. the post was just made yesterday, it was the weekend, not everyone lives on the forum 24/7.
the biggest thing is how they handle it today, there is obviously something wrong with the design etc if it has happened multiple times. i am sure dan and company will do whats right

i emailed him .. he said its installtion issues ... and he said that i must send the headers to him than he will check it 
sending back the headers to him will cost me alot .. and i think all of us know that .. BTW am in kuwait so its more expensive
