I traveled 2500 miles to find a dealership (Champion) who cares about their customers. I could go in to great lengths here but I won’t. After yet another disappointing service and install appointment in northern Cal. I felt it necessary to write Porsche NA and let them know of my disappointments in service and customer care offered here in California.

"I truly feel like Champion in the only shop/dealership in the nation that
cares about their customers and customer retention. I feel like no one in
California wants to build long term relationships. I have been a P owner
and buyer for 14+ years...I'm starting to question my loyalty to the
brand...

Next Porsche will definitely be shipped from Champion and rock the Champion
plate frame as it does on my 997TT and my FORD Truck!

I knew I was not wrong. Thanks for sharing this.

 

PS: I custom ordered and took delivery of my 09 997TT directly from Champion, flew out to Florida for week once the car arrived, test drove it for a few days and had them ship it west. All this because of the way I was treated by my local dealer after being a customer for 12 years.

 

Champion and Champion Motorsport are top class. Been doing business with them for many years. Nice bunch, and now with Justin on board, even better. Kudos to the Champion M/S team for doing it above and beyond!

 

My car is with them now. I had the full werks 1 power and carbon kit installed a year and a half ago,now going with the 68mm turbo kit with the tip trans upgrade!! These guys are the best!!
