First things first, Miami is the city where the raping and overpricing is part of our "culture". You will pay a lot of money and get **** for service in pretty much any door you knock on.

I traveled 50 miles to find a completely different business model. The guys at Champion Motorsports, Tom in specific, were so knowledgeable and friendly that they made feel like I was worth a million dollars. He talked to me with all the cards on the table, I felt I was at my store talking to my best "customer-friend". I actually felt at home and the hour I was there went by in less than 15 minutes.

So you know, they have the cleanest shop I have ever seen in my life, I even told the wifey to see how clean they were, even she was amazed with the whole thing. I did not see not one drop of oil on the floor, and yes they were working on 6 cars at the same time while I was there and mine was the only one that looked in one piece, which they fixed as the promised in the quickest time possible, enough to drive back home, play with the dog and go to a heat game, all of the above in less than 4 hours.

I live 2 miles from the other Porsche dealer down here in South Florida, and I'm safe to say that I will be driving a lot to their shop, for anything related to my beast. The other guys dont have the size to fill Champion's shoes, guaranteed.

Great service, excellent people, beautiful location, all in all a great and reliable solution for all of our car needs.

The buck stops with these guys. Hats down!

I agree as well. I have delt with Tom and Justin before there move to Champion and now go to Champion because they are there and very easy to deal with and not to mention every time I leave my car is faster!

Recently bought a Werks spoiler that according to my shop had some 'defects' (I only saw some pics via email). I brought this up with them and they quickly made it right by sending me a new one and absorbing the shipping cost of the first one. Can't wait to get that thin installed.
I've dealt with Justin a number of times for several parts, always giving me a good deal (and sometimes answering emails late on weekend nights. Do you guys let him go home?)
Having warranty issues on a set of coilovers I purchased and he's been great at trying to get this resolved.

Beast, that is really great to know and I am very glad that you took the time to tell us. It's hard enough to find people who know what they're doing, and to have fantastic service on top of that is truely unique.

Most of the time people write to say how bad a company is, but rarely take the time to tell us the good ones they find.

I would love for my customers to scream at the top of their lungs when they feel we did a great job. BUT it does not happen all the time, when it does it brings my face a huge smile . This is what I am doing, as a customer now.

I've been there in Pompano and saw Champion from the outside, but unfortunately I didn't have time to stop for a minute...I have to say the location is great....

I'd like to visit them on my next Florida trip...
