Question

I purchased a painted arctic silver console from an 07 turbo and I have an 08, basically my question is are there any differences between the 07 and 08 turbos center console wise?

Don't know the answer but very curious why you wouldn't ask this question BEFORE buying it ?

The part numbers are different depending on the color options, leather, alcantara, etc...but the design is the same and will fit. Your dealership's service department should know this, but were probably too lazy to investigate what the different part numbers really represent.
