i put some new mods , new parts to my package .. and want to show you my car , mods , update , and the result of that !!!

as you know i faced many problmes in the car but there were alot of guys who helped me and make things right .. time ago not long time , me and vividracing have problems between us , but karim k_ddsl my close friend and DAN
found the solution for that issue and resolve the dispute , Finally we all agree that vivid should send to me new set of headers and i promised to send them back the old headers , karim did all the Negotiating with vivid
so big thanks to him !! not to forget also dan was so kind to send free plugs and gree filters as you see in the pic and he really take care of me this time by answering me and offering me everythings .. !!

in fact , my close friend khaled p2p who is my mechanical adviser Strongly advised me to take out the greddy ebc from the car and buy new HKS EBC which it
is better to traget the boost and hold it well , he used it in his 996tt and like the way it ran he will install it by himself !On the other hand , i also bought new coolingmist methanol kit because i deceid to take the
aem methanol kit
out because the bad quality pump plus the injectors , it leaks alot
!! i may use the aem controller so i will see and update you later .. coolingmist kit is easy to install , the customer service was great and i can upgrade my kit anytime i want !!! pump rated for 100% methanol plus the injectors

After installing all the parts ,datalogging the car and check it with scott softronic to besure that everything fine .. i will go to dyno the car in high boost mode , to let you know i got 660rwhp in low boost mode in dynojet !

p2p and k_ddsl are helping me alot to reach my target which its 750rwhp+ in the dyno !!! they came to the workshop daily to chech everythings ,, they are real friends !!!
scott softronic is helping me alot to fine tune the car and try to reach max power it can make ,we are connecting via emails , big thanks to scott softronic !!

You sure you want to use Iridium plugs? Search and you will see what I mean.

 

Congrats on getting everything back on the right track though you're giving me way too much credit bro.

I'm just glad that the situation with Vivid is resolved. In the end, Dan did the right thing. He stood behind his customer and his products, and that's what matters.

Scott Slauson on the other hand has always been a gentleman's gentleman, so there's no surprise there.

Hopefully with these latest mods and fine tuning, you'll be where you want to be.

 

Truly hope it all works out for you this time. You sure had your fair share of greif. So how do these ones look from inside the flange? Any pics? Have they been tested before you?

We use the IK22 on all our cars, no problem.

We have been using this header on our 996TT kits for 4 years.

what boost are you running, low and high? You got 660RWHP on meth?

as you see in the pic .. the engine is out , the new plugs Have been installed , new intake filters too !! i hope that tomorrow we finish install the HKS boost controller and the new set of headers also !!


bad17 : for low boost i ran 1.2 peak 1.3 bar !!!! for high boost i Not exceeding 1.65bar !!!! and yes am running straight methanol and got custom tune from softronic !!!

hmmm I don't understand...you were running 1.2/1.3 bar on low boost but with methanol?

What changes do you make to run high boost? I am confused.

 

i believe why push the engine to it limit or shall we say Hard all the time
its a policy to go easy on the engine or some thing like that .. and i notice some thing els with the AEM the (( quantity )) of meth sprayed in 1.2 bar is much much less than the quantity sprayed in 1.6 bar
