There really isn't a great deal you can do without adding a few parts but to begin with I'd take it to a porsche track alignment specialist for the alignment. They will probably start with maxing out the adjustment on the top towers to get as much neg camber available which is usually @1 deg. It will certainly make a difference you can feel. I'm sure some sways will help as well. I hear the GMG are the way to go.

Just looking to put some snap in the steering. If not, I'll get some sways.
You have a 24hr Daytona winner in your backyard. Give TPC a call and tell them what you are trying to accomplish. there are all kinds of levels of "madness" to this from simple daily drive, to full out race prep. There's a solution for every type of car/driver and what you want to do with it.

As speed said, bring it to a good shop for an alignment. We've seen here in the past that some cars come from the factory with less than an ideal alignment.

Sounds odd. TPC come across as willing to help most. I wonder why they arent interested in a job like that? Its right up their alley.

I would set it up with -1.0 camber up front and -1.5 in the rear, that's a start.
