Rear facelift. Euro bumper sans bumperettes. Better pics when the car is clean and not in the messy garage

Car looks awesome! The lights are one of the best mods! Changes the whole look of the car! No bumperettes makes it look so much cleaner as well!

Well done Ed! Looks great.
Was thinking that your car could be a candidate for the more white than red rear lights. With those gorgeous wheels you need to keep red at a minimum.

Also love the pic with the orange car and black wheels on the background. That would be a nice theme to play with on more than a shot.

It's a hodge-podge

In addition to the MKII Euro bumper/LED lights,
Werks 1 front lip
Techart side skirts/rear valence
Vorsteiner decklid/wing
OEM GT3RS wheels painted RS orange from the factory

Almost forgot:
OEM GT3 front bumper vent

Looking good Ed. I did the cheap man's version and bought the Dectane's which also look fabulous. Where did you get the bumper from? Did it involve reprogramming in order to get the led lights to work? Big $$$$? PM me when you get a chance.

Ed got us a hook up on bumpers..Mine is waiting here as well to get installed...You have to get 2 lighting modules, bumper bracket, exhaust cut outs and programming to make it all work...

So you guys went the .2tt oem bar route rather than the mod the .1 bar to take the .2 lights?

Like Skeet said, got a good deal (but not cheap by any means) on an unpainted Euro OEM bumper from a local shop here in L.A. Paint, parts, labor = no more modding for a while I'll shoot you PM.

Paul, I assume you mean why not mod the .1 bumper with epoxy and paint rather than spend the $$ on the .2 version? I've heard multiple reports that while it looks flawless initially, epoxy starts to fail/crack at which point you either go back to .1 or spend the money you should have in the first place to get the OEM .2 parts.

Nah Ed, i also wouldnt be too keen doing the epoxy filler trick either but was curious whether you guys had done that. Anyway good to hear you went the whole hog with the .2 bar instead as thats the better way for sure plus the car looks more factory. Pending the cost i'd do it myself and am seriously considering it as it certainly does update the rear end way better than the AM .1 leds. The car looks nice. 'Im a little envious now .

I think my car is beyond looking 'factory' at this point, but I do agree that the OEM LED's are the most aesthetically pleasing. Is it worth the premium over the Dectanes? For most, probably not. But I think if I went that route, I'd always wonder 'what if'?
