I did it, I jumped back into the world of Porsche (after an 11 year absence). Today I wired over my money to Danbury Porsche for '07 911 turbo coupe. We are eagerly awaiting it's arrival, scheduled for sometime early next week. Amazing how I can be so excited about getting this thing and already have a touch of buyer's remorse all at the same time..

Congrats! I just got mine in April and the car is just a blast to drive. The straight line acceleration is addictive and just a huge rush. I need to get mine out of the garage more as I have only driven her 1200 miles since April (including the 400 mile drive back from the dealer). Enjoy!
Congrats! I picked my up from Maryland on Friday and drove it back the same day. As a previous post stated, the acceleration in just amazing. You'll be grinning too much to have any remorse.

So true. The lines and curves on the turbo are beautiful. It looks good in pictures but just amazing in person.
I understand where you are coming from. I sold my 996 on 6/28/11 here in Houston. Flew up to Cleveland, OH on 6/30/11. So no porsche for 2 days. Drove my new to me 07 tt home. Awesome drive. Had buyersremorse right after I sold my car. Thinking what have I done. What if the car in OH is a dog?? But as soon as I was face to face with the tt all that went away.

I see you changed your member name (I have been thinking about doing the same since mine is dated lol). My wife and I were actually on vacation for most of June so that is one of the reasons I have not been able to drive the car much. Hopefully that will change! How's your car? Loving it I'm sure.
