Fictional ones. Those were the ADV preproduction illustrations before they came out with their actual concave design wheels. Obviously, they're not as concave in reality.

To add to what bonehead said, it is quite obvious it is fictional. There is no way a turbo or probably any car can even roll down the street like that. The wheel/tire is touching the fender in that P-shop. I personally would never purchase ADV wheels or any wheels associated with that company. I believe many others would tell you the same.
