Oil level should lie between the two horizontal bars. You have too much oil...which can bugger your engine....thus the CEL....hope no irreversible damage

Somebody put too much oil in your motor, it might be damaged. There was a thread on the topic recently.

Tunisia is a Underdevelopment country don't think we use 98 octane fuel , and all problems begin after refuel from a not good fuel station , what i have to do
if the fuel is dirty or mixed with water ??

It seems like you have two problems,
1, to much oil in your engine
2, possible problem related to dirty fuel
First I would sagest to you to stop running the engine.
I’m sure you can find a tuner that can program the car to run on 87 octane fuel, you will loose about 30% of the engine performance.
Unfortunately there is no cure for dirty fuel, if you continue to use it, you’ll kill your engine.

I'd definitely try to get the best fuel available, any chance you can find big name gas stations such as Shell and such in Tunisia? If not, I'd honestly think that a 997TT is too much of a car for Tunisia if you can't find decent fuel for it
